Justin is a Professional Mining Engineer and Qualified Person with over fifteen years of experience in mineral resource estimation, mine planning, and technical services for surface mining operations. His experience spans the full mine planning lifecycle, including resource model development, pit optimization, phase design, production scheduling, reserve reporting, and economic support for studies from scoping through feasibility and due diligence.
He also brings extensive hands-on operational experience, supporting active mines through short- and medium-range planning, ore control and reconciliation, haulage and fleet analysis, and the improvement of technical services workflows to better align geology, planning, and operations. He has served as a Qualified Person for public technical disclosures and independent technical reviews prepared under NI 43-101, PERC, and JORC reporting frameworks across a broad range of commodities, project stages, and jurisdictions.

ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT (GEOLOGY)
With 49 years of total mining industry experience, Allan brings extensive expertise to every project.
He specializes in geological evaluations and advanced 3D modeling (Leapfrog Geo) for base-metal, precious-metal, and uranium deposits. Allan delivers database evaluations for resource estimation sufficiency, covering the full project scope from due diligence and early-stage exploration to feasibility studies and active mining operations.

Mike provides experience specializing in high-level strategic planning, financial analysis, and cost management to drive enhanced profitability. He applies expertise in Business Strategy and Continuous Improvement (including Six Sigma) to optimize operations. Mike's strengths include Mine and Construction Management, Contract Negotiation, and supervision of major infrastructure installation. He is highly skilled in Permitting Strategy and regulatory negotiations with a comprehensive background that encompasses Mine Economics, Geotechnical Engineering, and producing Technical Reports and Due Diligence.

William Cain
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT (Geology)
William is a principal geologist and resource modeler with nearly 20 years of experience in mineral resource estimation and geological modeling across the global hard-rock mining sector. His work is grounded in first-principles geology and rigorous geostatistical practice, with a strong focus on building defensible block models that reconcile to production reality. His technical experience spans porphyry copper, carbonate replacement deposits (CRD), and epithermal systems, with additional expertise in lithium and rare earth element projects, supporting operations and multi-asset portfolios across North America, Australia, and Europe.
He is a long-standing instructor for Seequent Leapfrog and Hexagon MinePlan and a Qualified Person capable under NI 43-101, SEC S-K 1300, and JORC standards. He also applies advanced analytics, including AI-assisted workflows, to modernize data and improve the efficiency and reliability of large-scale resource assessments.

ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT (Metallurgy)
Jody has over 40 years of mining experience, including 20+ years focused on consulting, operations, and corporate development. They specialize in project management, flow sheet development, and economic evaluations, with a focus on alternative precious metal treatment approaches.
Jody's core expertise covers comprehensive Metallurgical Test Work, Alternative Process Design, and the Design/Optimization of Metal Recovery Plants for both Precious and Base Metal Metallurgy (including Refractory Ore Evaluation). Their integrated background also includes critical non-technical skills like Mine Permitting, Environmental Management, and Environmental Economics.
